Turn one piece of content into other formats
The Repurposing Agent is for content that has already been reviewed and approved. It helps turn a strong source asset into smaller formats without starting from scratch each time.
Repurposing works best when the source content is accurate, useful and clearly structured. The agent should preserve the meaning of the source rather than inventing new claims for a new channel.
Possible source inputs
- A published article, guide or page.
- A webinar transcript, podcast transcript or video summary.
- A product update, campaign note or internal memo.
- An approved FAQ, case note or sales enablement document.
Possible outputs
- Short summaries and excerpts.
- Social post drafts.
- Email newsletter sections.
- Internal enablement notes.
- Briefing notes for sales or support teams.
- Alternative intros, snippets or promotional angles for review.
Guardrails for repurposing
Repurposing should not turn draft material into public copy without review. It should not create testimonials, statistics or product claims that were not present in the source.
The agent should also respect channel differences. A LinkedIn post, newsletter section and internal summary should not all sound the same.
How to review the output
Check that each repurposed asset matches the source, fits the channel and has the right level of detail. Remove anything that feels generic or unsupported.
Where this fits
Use this after the Article Draft Agent output has been edited and approved, or after an existing page has been refreshed.
